I’m an advisor, facilitator, coach, and do-er who advises, facilitates, and coaches leaders to unsquiggle their most complex problems, with people in mind.

How we see the world
Organisations are collections of human beings trying to get stuff done within the constraints they face.
Some of these constraints are real, while many are perceived.
Often there are more choices available to us than we are immediately aware of.
Our role is to uncover those choices and help you to make the best ones.
Over the years I’ve worn a large number of hats: sustainability analyst, project manager, waste-to-energy specialist, insurance claims consultant, innovation lead, wage clerk, transformation program manager, business development manager, public servant and eventually, a strategy consultant.
I now work with leaders navigating complexity, helping them shape direction, align teams, and move forward with intent.

Our methods and approaches are centred on our flagship model for aligning vision with capability and systems to bring sustainable change. We uncover possibilities through the practice of deliberate framing and making strategic choices.
We don’t arrive with answers. We facilitate outcomes.
That means listening deeply, bringing the right questions, and shaping conversations that put people (never process) at the centre of the work. We are confident in our approach and humble in our presence. Where structured methodology helps, we use it. Where it doesn’t, we lean on intuition, insight, and experience.
And when the work calls for scale or specialist expertise, we partner with trusted professionals who share our commitment to delivery excellence and integrity.
